The Local Advisory Body (LAB) works in a similar structure and function to a school governing body. Seckford Education Trust has Local Advisory Bodies for each of its Schools. The LAB for SET Ixworth School has two parents/carers, the Head of School, a Trustee with special interest in the School and a Local Authority representative.
