SET Ixworth School, as with all Schools in the Seckford Education Trust, was set up at the request of those members of the community who wanted to improve aspirations and rates of progress and achievement for young people of secondary school age.
Our vision and ethos is therefore set up to achieve those overarching objectives.
School leaders want every pupil to do well. They say they want to give pupils ‘a foundation for life’. They do this successfully. Pupils leave the school, not only knowing a lot about the subjects they have studied, but also as confident young people.
